🌿 About Me
I began my career in landscape design, fueled by a love of gardening and the natural world. My academic journey—exploring forensic science, psychology, and anthropology—sparked a deep interest in addictions, mental health, and the complexities of human behavior. I’m passionate about culture, community, and the ways we can support one another to build stronger, healthier environments.
My passion for nature, travel, and learning, forms the foundation of my work, enabling me to support clients in their journey toward health and well-being. In today’s increasingly demanding world, my goal is to help individuals identify their strengths, uncover their passions, and build the support systems they need to thrive in life.
